MTV Push: Maisie Peters, L Devine, Mae Muller make for strongest line up yet

MTV Push is a platform to showcase the world’s fastest emerging artists, hitting Tape London on the last Tuesday of every month to showcase the most current rising stars. This month saw Maisie Peters, Mae Muller, and L Devine, who is on the cover of the new Concentus Music Magazine, launched with the MTV Push night.

Mae Muller opened the night, with a set of four sounds. She performed songs from her debut album “Chapter 1” - ‘Anticlimax,’ ‘Jenny,’ and ‘Pull Up,’ as well as an unexpected cover of Dua Lipa and Calvin Harris’ ‘One Kiss,’ where her deep voice certainly did justice to Dua’s vocals.

L Devine continued the night, and you can count on the humungous L shaped light-box that features on stage at every one of her shows. Performing the trifecta of her biggest songs – ‘Daughter’ acoustic, and ‘Naked Alone’ and ‘Runnin’ with her dancing keyboard player Louie in full swing. Devine’s pure pop and electronic bops always cause a party in every corner of the venue.

Maisie Peters closed the strong line up – in fact, one of the strongest MTV Push has had – performing ‘Stay Young,’ as well as the songs that sent Maisie on a high after being featured on Love Island ‘Feels Like This.’ She performed a new song from her upcoming release for the first time ever too, testing the waters on  100-cap or so audience before her headline at O2 Shepherd’s Bush Empire this November!

Make sure to keep an eye out for announcements from MTV for how you can enter the competition to win tickets to the next MTV Push.  L Devine’s cover feature in the new Concentus Music Magazine issue is also now available here, with a special hug to MTV for the support!
